Melbet PK reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to be held by persons under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. Any funds deposited by a minor will not be returned.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one Melbet PK account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts – whether using the same identity information, payment method, or device – is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual may be suspended and winnings voided.
When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.
You are solely responsible for keeping your Melbet PK login credentials – username and password – confidential. Do not share your credentials with any other person. Melbet PK will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
Melbet PK may at any time request identity verification documents as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This may include a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or confirmation of the payment method used. Accounts that fail to complete verification when requested may have withdrawals placed on hold until the process is completed satisfactorily.
All deposits, account balances, bets, and withdrawals on Melbet PK are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency conversions or hidden exchange rate fees applied to your transactions.
Melbet PK currently accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds from a third party into your Melbet PK account, is not permitted. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in your name that matches the information on your Melbet PK account. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Melbet PK may apply a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with remaining balances. You will be notified by email or SMS before any fees are applied. Dormant accounts can be reactivated by logging in and passing any required verification steps.
A bet is confirmed only when Melbet PK displays a bet reference number and the funds are deducted from your account balance. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted unless Melbet PK explicitly offers a cash-out feature for the relevant market and you choose to use it before the applicable deadline.
Melbet PK reserves the right to correct any displayed odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical error, data feed failure, or human input mistake. Where a bet has been placed at an erroneous price, Melbet PK will notify the affected player and either void the bet or offer settlement at the corrected odds. The decision in all cases rests with Melbet PK and is final.
Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: the event was cancelled or abandoned before the minimum required play time; the market was suspended at the time the bet was accepted due to a technical error; or the event result was affected by circumstances outside normal sporting conduct. Voided bets have the original stake returned to the player's balance.
Any suspicion of match fixing, spot fixing, or manipulation in connection with a Melbet PK account will result in immediate suspension and full investigation. Melbet PK co-operates with sporting governing bodies and relevant authorities where integrity concerns arise. Winnings from bets connected to corrupt activity will be withheld and may be forfeited.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Melbet PK are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the point of the offer. These Terms set out the general framework, but individual promotion pages contain the specific wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and any other conditions that apply.
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x) will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time period or the bonus and associated winnings will expire.
Melbet PK monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, structured betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or any other strategy that exploits promotions contrary to their intended spirit. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have the bonus and associated winnings removed and may face account suspension.
Unclaimed or unactivated bonuses expire as per the terms of the specific offer. Melbet PK is under no obligation to remind players of expiring bonuses. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
All random number generator (RNG) based games on Melbet PK – including jackpot slots, Ludo, and RNG card games – are powered by certified random number generation systems that are independently tested and audited for fairness. The result displayed on your screen at the end of each game is the official result. In the event of a discrepancy between your device's display and the Melbet PK server records, the server records take precedence in all cases.
Melbet PK is not liable for losses incurred as a result of player disconnection from the internet or device failure during a game round. Where a player disconnects mid-game, the game will continue to completion based on the rules of that specific game title. If a complete server outage on Melbet PK's side affects the outcome, affected players will be compensated at Melbet PK's discretion.
Ludo tournament entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament has begun. Tournament prize distribution will follow the published prize structure at the time of registration. Melbet PK reserves the right to cancel a tournament if the minimum number of participants is not reached, in which case all entry fees will be refunded in full.
Melbet PK is committed to providing a fair playing environment for all users. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds:

Melbet PK reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
